Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned orders. However, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs, in the event the CMA No.26/09 is still pending, the same may be disposed of as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
