1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complainant in Kordha P.S. Case No.265 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No.660 of 2017, pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Khordha, registered against the opposite party No.5 for commission of offences under Sections 341/ 323/ 294/ 307/ 452/ 506/ 34 of the I.P.C.
4. The petitioner is hell-bent on suspending the opposite party No.5, as she has filed complaint against her and she was in custody from 08.09.2019 to 17.09.2019. But the authorities have not suspended her nor did they take any punitive action against the opposite party No.5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation to the opposite party No.4- Block Education Officer, Banki, Cuttack ventilating her grievance against the opposite party No.5. But the opposite party
// 2 // No.4- Block Education Officer, Banki, Cuttack has not taken any action against the opposite party No.5.
6. It seems that the petitioner has a personal vengeance against the opposite party No.5. Hence, she is hauling and hounding the present opposite party No.5 into a legal dispute.

In view of personal dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party No.5, this Court deems it appropriate to relegate the matter to the opposite party No.4- Block Education Officer, Banki, Cuttack to take appropriate action as per law. The petitioner is also warned that she should not bring such kind of dispute to the Court and waste the time of the Court.
8. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
9. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
