This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.314 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.837 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-341/294/506/34 of the IPC read with Section-9-B of the Explosive Act and Section-25/27 of the Arms Act, pending on the file of learned SDJM, Dhenkanal, has filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances; further taking into account the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that when the occasion would so arise before the learned Court in seisin
// 2 // of the case for consideration of the prayer for grant of regular bail to the Petitioner, the same would be made on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Interim order passed on 08.04.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
