Since the application pending before the Collector is not in proper format, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the provision at Section 26 of the O.G.P. Act, 1964. 2.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.
