This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. P.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T. Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to make inquiry vide Bid Identification No. 29/2021-22 and cancel the Bid Identification No. 29/2021-22 without further delay for the ends of justice. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.4-Superintendent Engineer, RWS&S Deptt., Berhampur, Ganjam vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in

accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy this order.
