Defect as pointed out by S.R. has not yet been removed, in spite of the order dated 08.12.2017, wherein it has been directed that defect pointed out by S.R. be removed within one week, failing which the matter will be placed before the Bench for orders.

Since this is year old matter of 2017 and defect as pointed out by S.R. has not been removed till date, this court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.
