This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 3122 of 2021 arising out of Gobindapur P.S. No. 143 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Cuttack for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-498-A/306 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack by Order dtd. 06.04.2022 in BLAPL No. 294 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meanwhile investigation has already been concluded and the charge sheet has been filed under Section 498(A)/306 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitted that there are clear allegation implicating the petitioner. 7.

Considering the nature of the allegations and the rose ascribed to the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 9.
