Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Order No.

Court finds petitioner has a clear remedy of appeal. There is also no stay order operating involving the impugned order. This Court records the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, who wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to undertake the appeal exercise under the provision of 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Consequently, this Court drops the writ petition but however with liberty as prayed for.
