The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the sale deed presented by him has not been accepted by the Sub-Registrar, Keonjhar, opposite party no.3 in spite of the petitioner having exclusive right, title and interest over the land in question.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the SubRegistrar, Keonjhar, opposite party no.3, on receipt of the sale deed along with a copy of this order, to accept the sale deed and diarize the same and pass necessary order, if the same is not registerable and return the sale deed with the refusal memo. If

// 2 // the petitioner applies for the reason of refusal, the same shall be provided to him in view of the statutory mandate as provided under the Indian Registration Act.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
