This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for a direction to the opposite parties to revise the bill pursuant to the direction made by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2022 in WP(C) No.17733 of 2010.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

If there is any violation of the order dated 19.01.2022 passed in WP(C) No.17733 of 2010, the Petitioner may file an application for contempt. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the I.A.

Accordingly, I.A stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to file a contempt petition, if so advised. (S. Pujahari) Judge
