1. This is an application praying for quashing of the criminal case i.e. 1CC No.4910 of 2016 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, the order dated 20th September, 2016 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and the corresponding C.T. Case No.4386 of 2016 registered before the S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar, on the basis that a compromise has been reached between the Petitioner and Opposite Party No.2 complainant. The present application is supported by the affidavits of both the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.2. This application was filed way back on 21st July, 2017 and has not been contradicted till date.

2. In that view of the matter, the said compromise is taken on record. The application is disposed of.

3. The petition is allowed by quashing C.T. Case No.4386 of 2016 arising out of Bargarh P.S. Case No.263 of 2016 corresponding to ICC No.4910 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
