3. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks appropriate direction from this Court to the opposite parties for consideration of her promotion to the cadre of Level-IV, as she has having fulfilled all the eligibility criteria as per the Odisha Elementary Education ( Method of recruitment and conditions of Service of Teachers and Officers) Rules, 19997 read with Odisha Elementary Education (Method of recruitment and conditions of Service of Teachers and Officers) Amendment Rules, 20199 as well as the Educational Information dated 03.08.2021 issued by the Government of Odisha, School and Mass Education Department.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed her representation dated 23.10.2021 before the Director of Elementary Education, Odisha for consideration of her promotion as per Govt. guideline to the next higher post
// 2 // under Annexure-8 Series. It is further submitted that another copy of her representation has also been submitted before the Collector , Kendrapara but the same are pending till date.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner , this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party No.2/ Director of Elementary Education, Odisha to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 Series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of authenticated/certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
