This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 01.10.2017 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in G.R. Case No.1839 of 2016.

Considering the facts and contentions raised, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made. However, giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all such contentions at the time of framing of charge before the court in seisin over the matter, this Criminal Misc. Case stands disposed of.
