Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is widow of a person, who died by fire. She made representation dated 18th Novermber,2021 before opposite party no.2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the case is not covered under the policy. On query from Court, he submits, opposite party no.3 is the proper authority.

Petitioner is directed to approach opposite party no.3 with this order and copy of her representation dated 18th November, 2021. Opposite party no.3 will consider and deal with the representation
