2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohana P.S. Case No.169/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.97/2021 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Gajapati for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii) (C)/25/29 of the NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 131 kg 650 grams , I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
