Heard Mr. J.K. Digal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to issue work orders in his favour in respect of the works, for which he has quoted the lowest price and has secured LI position. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.4Executive Officer, NAC, G. Udayagiri vide Annexure-3, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.
Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-3 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
