3. The Petitioner is in custody in connection with Orkel P.S. Case No.56/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.51/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Malkangiri for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii) (C) of the NDPS Act.

Considering the fact that the contraband allegedly seized from the possession of the Petitioner is more than commercial quantity i.e. 100 kg 200 grams , I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
