On his own submission, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that plaintiff is yet to file the draft issues involving a suit pending for 12 years. Plea that there involves Miscellaneous Applications after Miscellaneous Applications cannot be a ground for not filing the draft issues. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move for targeting the suit involved herein after issues are settled. 2.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
