This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(Virtual/Physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Athamallik P.S.Case No.86 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.332 of 2022 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Athamallik within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail

// 2 // on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further conditions that he will appear in person before the court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case till conclusion of trial; will report before the IIC, Athamallik P.S. on every Monday in between 10 am to 02 pm for a period of six months and will not indulge himself in any criminal activity.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
