It is submitted by learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor that order dated 20.12.2021 in W.P.(C) No.38975 of 2021 passed by this Court has already been complied with in the meantime. A copy of the compliance affidavit served on learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

In such view of the submission, the Contempt Petition stands dropped.

The Petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the event any cause of action still survives.
