This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER The petitioner therefore prays that Your Lordship's may kindly consider the facts stated above admit the writ petition and after hearing the parties necessary direction may kindly issued to the opp.parties to extend necessary permission for transportation of Gypsum Cargo through the vehicle of the petitioner as per letter dated 10.02.2022 (Annexure-3) issued by the competent authority within a stipulated period."

Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and as this Court finds, the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the Opposite Party No.3, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into

// 2 // account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and also the document at Annexure-3. 3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of ten days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
