This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction by way of mandamus to the Tahasildar for clearing the encroachment over the disputed land in question. Through Annexure-3 it is claimed that there is already a complaint in this regard to the Tahasildar. On perusal of the Annexure-3 this Court finds, there is no involvement of any of the party illegal encroached the land.

This Court, in the circumstance, finds, such application is not entertainable. The writ petition is refused to be entertained. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file a better representation before the concerned Tahasildar indicating the name and details of the encroachers therein.
