Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner that there is inordinate delay in finalization of selection of Anganwadi Worker of "Kharkhara Anganwadi Centre" under the Administrative control of C.D.P.O Belpada Opposite Party No.5, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.5 to consider the representation stated to have been submitted to him by registered post from 17.01.2022 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months on the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. 4.
