Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 341 of 2022, arising out of Astaranga Marine P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/294/323/506/379/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Perused the Case Diary and Injury Report.

Considering the statement of the injured-Manoj Biswal, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
