Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the innocuous prayer involving targeting of Execution Case No.19 of 2009, while disposing of the writ petition directs the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Champua to dispose of Execution case No. 19 of 2009 within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order by the peetition provided there is no lawful obstruction by way of stay of such proceeding by higher forum, Petitioner is prevented from taking unnecessary adjournments in the trial Court.
