This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Olatpur P.S. Case No.24 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.603 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (Rural), Cuttack for alleged commission of offences under sections 498-A/323/307/313/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the D.P. Act. Perused the F.I.R.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioner no.2 is the husband's elder brother of the informant and petitioner

// 2 // no.1 is the wife of petitioner no.2 and the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and they have been falsely entangled in the case and the main allegation is against the husband of the informant and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, who submitted that on medical examination, no visible injury was noticed on the person of the informant, the interim order dated 08.04.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
