This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.22 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.21 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Grama Nyayalaya, Raghunathpur for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 506, 294, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that there are four injured persons in the case, namely, Sudarsan Swain,

// 2 // Deepak Nayak, Sunakar Nayak and Dolly Rout, who have sustained simple injuries and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the ingredients of the offence under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code are not attracted and the fact that the petitioner has been granted interim protection since 08.04.2021 and there is no material that he has misutilized his liberty, the interim order dated 08.04.2021 is made absolute.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
