2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the challan issued by the R.T.O., Bhadrak, Opposite Party No.2, vide Annexure-1, imposing penalty for overloading the rice in the vehicle bearing registration number WB-11-D-2353 for violation of the statutory provisions.

3. Heard.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a representation ventilating his grievance before the R.T.O., Bhadrak. If such a representation is filed, the R.T.O., Bhadrak concerned shall take an informed and considered decision on the representation of the Petitioner not later than fifteen days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and intimate the decision thereof to the Petitioner immediately.
