Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 285 of 2022, arising out of Nimapara P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/325/506 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Annexure-1 the F.I.R, in which the anticipatory bail being sought is the counter blast to the F.I.R at Annexure-2 at the instance of the petitioner, this court directs the

petitioner to be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
