Heard learned counsel for the Parties. One copy of the Brief be served on Mr.D.Mohapara, learned counsel appearing for the Development Authority.

This Court finds, even though the Application of the Petitioner at Annexure-6 has been addressed to the Collector & District Magistrate, Cuttack, who was then functioning as ViceChairman, of C.D.A., Cuttack, in fact, the dispute involved is required to be attended to by the Vice-Chairman, C.D.A. As a consequence, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs O.Ps.1 & 2 to take a decision on the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-6 within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
