This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in

// 2 // connection with G.R. Case No.245 of 2021 arising out of Industrial Nisa P.S. Case No.61 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Angul for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted under sections 341/385/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the offences are bailable in nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

The interim order dated 08.04.2021 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
