This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 681 of 2022, arising out of Orient P.S. Case No. 44 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/294/323/379/427/506 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court
in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper including further condition that, the petitioner shall appear in person before the concerned Police Station every week till conclusion of investigation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
