Tapan Kumar Panigrahi v. Pratik Sahoo, Tahasildar, Tihidi, Bhadrak
IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
CONTC NO.2630 OF 2022 Tapan Kumar Panigrahi ....
Petitioner Mr.S.K.Nayak, Adv.
-versusPratik Sahoo ....
Opposite Party(s) Mr.S.P.Panda, Advocate
CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order
ORDER
14.7.2022 No.
4.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
It is stated by Mr.S.P.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the O.P.-Contemnor that there has been lot of obstruction in working out the representation of the Petitioner inasmuch as even pendency of a R.P. Case.
3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the R.P. Case stated to be pending has nothing to do with the disposal of the representation.
4.
This Court does not want to enter into such controversy at this stage, as ultimately O.P.2 in the Writ Petition is to take a call on the comprehensive representation of the Petitioner, as directed therein. Considering the Contempt Petition to be the first contempt, O.P.2-Tahasildar, Tihidi is directed to take a lawful decision on the representation of the Petitioner pending with him in terms of the direction in W.P.(C) no.38894/2021 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order but however involving the parties likely to be affected.
5.
The Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
(Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
