1. An affidavit has been filed by the Executive Officer, Jagatsinghpur Municipality enclosing photographs of the repaired road. Apparently, the repair work was carried out yesterday. It is stated that the authorities were awaiting the completion of the Municipal Elections to begin the work.

2. In that view of the matter, no further directions are called for to that extent.
