This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are the parents-in-laws of the deceased and on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted excluding the petitioners from the charge sheet, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in the case, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. The interim order dated 09.04.2021 stands vacated.
