2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 6.5.2015 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Tirtol in Criminal Misc. case No.73 of 2015 in a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C.

4. It appears that the order passed in a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C remains valid for a period of one year. The impugned order was passed in the year 2015.

5. This Court is of the view that no useful purpose is going to be served by keeping the matter pending since the order passed in a proceeding under Section 107 Cr.P.C. remains valid for a

6. Accordingly, the impugned order is quashed and the CRLMC stands disposed of being allowed.
