Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 332 of 2022, arising out of Athamallik P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Athamallik for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-294/332/353/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the order passed by this Court dtd.19.05.2022 relating to the co-accused, It is directed that in the event, the petitioner surrenders within four weeks hence, the learned Court in seisin over the matter shall consider the

application on its own merits. While doing so, the learned Court may take into account release of the other co-accused. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
