IN THE HIGH COURT OF ORISSA AT CUTTACK
W.P.(C) No.9425 OF 2022 Chitta Ranjan Samal Petitioner Mr. Susanta Kumar Nayak, Advocate -versusState of Odisha and others ....
Opp. Parties Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, Additional Standing Counsel
CORAM:
JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA
ORDER
Order No.
28.06.2022 2.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 2nd March, 2022 passed by learned Member, Judicial, Lokayukta, Odisha-Opposite Party No.1. 3.
The grievance of the Petitioner before the Lokayukta was with regard to inaction on the part of the Appellate Authority under the RTI Act, 2005 in dealing with the appeal filed against the order of PIO and providing information. Learned Member, Judicial, Lokayukta, Odisha holding that there is no allegation of corruption against any public functionary, declined to entertain the complaint. 4.
On perusal of the record, it appears that Second Appeal Nos.815 and 816 of 2018 have already been disposed of by the Odisha Information Commission on 15th December, 2021 under Annexure-6.
4.
In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
5.
Accordingly this writ petition stands dismissed. (K.R. Mohapatra) Judge ms
