This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 208 of 2022, arising out of Brahmagiri P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Grama Nyayalaya, Brahmagiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-147/148/294/324/326/307/149 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the nature of allegation and counter allegation and the injury report of the petitioner and in
view of the Proviso under Section-437 (1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
