This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 92 of 2022, arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned N.G.N.-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/379/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.
Taking into account the nature of allegation in respect of Petitioner No.1-Gadadhara Patra, his Anticipatory Bail stands rejected.

Keeping in view the nature of the allegation and counter allegation and injury is stated to be simple by the learned Counsel for the State, it is directed that Petitioners- 2, 3 and 4 shall be released on bail on surrendering within three weeks hence. 6.
The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
