Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Air Field P.S. Case No.94 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.1796 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for alleged commission of offences under sections 341/323/294/307/498-A/379/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the D.P. Act. Perused the F.I.R.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the

// 2 // husband of the informant and the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, who submitted that the informant has sustained two simple injuries on the right forearm, the interim order dated 09.04.2021 is made absolute. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
