There has been lot of defects shown by the Registry. One such Order No.

defect therein to be non-filing of requisites to some of the contesting opposite parties whereas other defect shows parties there not taking steps for substitution in respect of again some of contesting opposite parties. For plethora of defects and the writ petition since filed in the year, 2010, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition any further. Interim order dated 01.07.2010 passed in Misc. Case No.8524 of 2010 stands vacated.

Registry is directed to communicate this order to the trial court for proceeding in the suit involved herein in accordance with law, provided it is still pending adjudication.

With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. (Biswanath Rath) sks Judge
