Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 237 of 2022, arising out of Binjharpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498(A)/294/323/506/34 of the I.P.C read with Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Taking into account that the occurrence is stated to be on 19.02.2021 and F.I.R. is lodged on 03.02.2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for
bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
