Mr. L. Samantaray, Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that the order dated 17th June, 2021 passed in WP(C) PIL No. 14288 of 2021 has been duly complied with as the Tahasildar, Nimapara in the district of Puri has removed encroachments unauthorized construction made by Sri Debendra Sahu and others.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
