1. The Court is informed that Mr. Sarat Chandra Mohapatra, Former District Judge who was appointed as the sole Arbitrator by order of this Court dated 6th May, 2022, has passed away.

2. In that view of the matter, Sri Guru Prasad Sahoo, Former District Judge is now appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including the claims and the counter claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the High Court of Orissa, Arbitration Centre.

3. A copy of this order be communicated to the learned Arbitrator forthwith.

4. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice S.K. Jena/Secy.
