This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.03 of 2018 arising out of Khurda P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for alleged commission of offences under sections 147/148/341/323/324/325/307/294/435/506/149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perused the F.I.R.

In view of the nature and gravity of the

// 2 // accusation against the petitioner and the nature of injury sustained by the injured, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is dismissed.

The interim order dated 09.04.2021 stands vacated.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
