Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 64 of 2022 arising out of Khuntuni P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Athagarh for commission of offence under Sections 143/294/353/342/506/186/269/149 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 51 of D.M. Act & 7 of Criminal (Amendment) Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
