This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue Rule NISI to the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the newly constituted GPLF on 7.12.2021 by Opposite Party No.6 & 7 shall not be declared as illegal and invalid;

And on their failing to show cause or showing insufficient cause issue a writ of mandamus directing the Opposite Parties to declare the newly constituted GPLF on 7.12.2021 by Opposite Party Nos.6 & 7 as illegal and invalid."

Keeping in view the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner and as this Court finds, the representation at the instance of the Petitioner is still pending before the Collector, Puri, this Court directs the Collector, Puri to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision

// 2 // in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto and if necessary, involving the parties likely to be affected.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner. 4.
