Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 469 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned SDJM, Dhenkanal for commission of offence under Sections 417/420/465/468/471 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account that the allegations are primarily based on documentary evidence, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
