Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajkanika P.S. Case No. 70 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 107 of 2019, pending on the file of the learned JMFC, Aul for commission of offence under Sections 341/323/324/394/506/307/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Taking into account the recitals in the case diary, the injuries are simple, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
